I don’t run programs or routines for the public. This exists to document the structure I follow.

Why burpees… calisthenics?
Full-body
Conditioning + strength
No setup
No excuses
Your body, your pace. Do you rule over your body, or does your body rule you? Can be done anywhere to lock back in.
What matters (and what doesn’t)
What matters: showing up, completing the work
What doesn’t: mood, motivation, novelty, perfect conditions
Have a system, stay frequent and consistent.
Working together
I don’t offer programs, challenges, or transformations.
Occasionally, I work one-on-one with people who want direct accountability and structure around discipline and consistency.
