I am 53 years old.
I practice simple bodyweight training, primarily burpees, as a daily discipline.
I built this practice to maintain mental control, physical capability, and consistency over time.
This site documents that work.

Notes on discipline, consistency, and control.
Consistency over intensity
I don’t chase hard days. I show up daily. Intensity fluctuates. Consistency doesn’t.
Mind controls body
The body follows what the mind enforces. If the mind negotiates, the body stops.
Action over talk
I don’t explain discipline before doing the work. The record matters more than language.
Simplicity prevents excuses
The simpler the practice, the harder it is to justify skipping it.
No dependence on motivation
Motivation is unreliable. Structure replaces it.
This philosophy exists to support the practice.
The log shows whether it holds up.
